The last part with healer being kicked is true.

The worst are the arrogant bad tanks. Tank is terrible, can't hold aggro, pulls groups while fighting a boss, dies and blames it on the group saying everyone sucks even if everyone's doing like 30k DPS. That is one of the few times I wish I could kill players of my own faction.
