this guy is a dumbass

@VERGIS92 Agreed. You are preaching to the choir!
-
@NotBadYeah They don't know what they are talking about, time dilation (slowing clocks) HAS been proven many times, Einstein's theory even makes the GPS work.
-
@csmcmillion The CERN 'superfast' Neutrinos experiment is almost certainly wrong, and it has to do with how they measure time, C has not been breached. If that was the ultimate speed limit in the universe it would have been detected in previous experiments. Einstein's theories have been proven right again and again, and again
-
@csmcmillion Is there a separate dictionary for physics then?
I think you are referring to the "Massive neutrino theory" To add context,, they are truly massive in comparison to a boson. + The higgs boson is also new news from CERN, however it was not this that this topic is about. All though relevant, granted!

@TCupUK "Massive = very heavy or large." Not in physics.
-
@csmcmillion Quantum = a. The smallest amount of a physical quantity that can exist independently, especially a discrete quantity of electromagnetic radiation.
-
@csmcmillion Lol. I see where this is going. I made a statement in simpleton terms as the actual experiment is way to complexed to explain in a coherent way to someone who does not understand the basics of quantum mechanics. Ironically the same way the news reported it, but you can not really troll them so I suppose I will have to do.
Massive = very heavy or large.

@TCupUK The only thing funny is your statement that CERN "accelerated LIGHT to faster than 186000 mps" in a PARTICLE ACCELERATOR. An accelerator CANNOT accelerate photons.
> I suppose Quantum in your world means Massive
No. Massive means having mass.
> You should look up about the two slit experiment
As I've studied physics at both the undergrad and grad level I am more than familiar with the Young experiment and modern versions of it, as well as the SM.
So what's your point?
@77GSlinger
Hmmm.. I thought the physics he discovered and presented threatened to do quite the opposite. Energy from a tiny speck of matter would run your car for a year or more. That threatens those with a stronghold on fuel resources.
You sound quite passionate, but we, humankind, must believe what we can put to use---and no way can we put to use (for example) the false idea that the world is going to end next week (as some guy predicted last week. Or was it the week before?).

Do people honestly believe this garbage? For someone who has spent so much time on the subject he doesn't seem to have grasped Einstein's ideology yet.
