  • @bogik superlead is right. There are no rules...except maybe: 'If it sounds good - it is good'. But u might want to try everything; fingers, fingers with nails, and picks of all kinds. Good luck..!!

  • @bogik Some guitar players don't use picks and they are very good guitar players, so anyway you want to do it. Music has no rules, only suggestions.
