Did a bit of hover and forward and back flight in the side yard, but I kept the tail-in, because the gusty wind scared me! This was the first time I ever flew this heli outside. I am slowly learning, and have been hovering indoors for about a month.

  • Bill, I ran an RC10B3 YEARS ago! I just got into heli's a couple months ago. My advice: start with a SIM and an Esky Honey Bee fixed pitch, and a lot of spare parts. It takes a lot of work to learn to fly. Once you can hover the Bee side and nose in, get a Trex 450 or clone. You will love the way it flies compared to fixed pitch! Good luck!
