  • Sorry for got my name once again VInce

  • Wow vent in 250 characters i dont think 250 words would be enough Well I guess i will start out with the positive and work my way back wards i have learned some really interesting things this semester and i am glade that i am getting to learn in research methods along with my other courses excluding my COE class But this semester has not gone as i had planned at all and i always do expect the worst and hope for the best but im just at the end of the rope Just wish i had more time as im sure u do

  • I guess some venting couldn't hurt...

I planned my whole schedule around my classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and then this one was moved to Mondays and Fridays. It is 250 miles a week just for this class alone, and 500/week total for classes since I live in Bar Harbor. It also means I'm in class four days a week which means to have a day off I have to work nights and go to class during the day. And to top it off, I found out that some people have parents who pay for them to go to college...

  • I have been doing my internship (20+ hours a week) for the internship class, working part time, a full time student, in two very active club/organizations and adjusting to married life. Although I have a lot going on I'm trying to be calm and do my best with everything.

One thing in this class that has been stressful to me is writing the papers and trying to get them perfect, or as near perfect as we can get them, which is still no where near perfect. I hate feeling stupid.

  • Wow, this was unexpected! A time for venting!? Who invented such a thing!? At this point in the semester I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with school and work. It feels like I am concentrating on so many different things that I'm half-assing some of them. This bothers me because I like to do a good job when I do commit to something and I've committed to both work and school. I can see both of them suffering. Wah! The End.

  • I love my group, and our late night meetings have been both hilarious and enjoyable for me. It's extremely difficult for us to write as a group, so that all voices are heard, but we're doing our best.

The only stressful things are family issues outside of my own marriage and interning. The latter is getting better, though, which is improving my mood ten-fold.

I have no real need of venting though. I'm curious to see how many of us (me included) want to scream come mid-November.

  • It's a bit stressful working on these papers because our group has really conflicting schedules and we don't get a whole lot of time to work on them. At least we get class time to finish them. Without that I don't think we'd have time to complete them. Otherwise, I'm handling things OK for now. Ask me once we start collecting data....

  • This semester seems to be going okay thus far. I was sort of confused with the literature review for this class but it seems as if my group and I may have done it okay. I remember its just a rough draft. My internship class was giving me the most trouble but everything seems to be going much better with that

  • Well this semester has been completely crazy already. I've been busy with 4 classes, working 3 days a week, and providing respite services on the weekend. Atleast on the weekends I can do my homework at the sametime. I was super stressed but dropped a class :) :( but things are MUCH better now. I think it's going to be a good semester but also hope it's a quick semester!!

  • Everyone told me not to take the internship class with the research methods class. Well they were all right. I am extremely busy, everyday, every hour, usually has something different to do. I don't mind it though, knowing that this is my last year before graduating, I am on the downward slope and I am ready to be right stressed out because I know it will soon come to an end. This class in particular is stressful but managable.. so far, and it will be over soon enough:)
