Very good free thrower. If I needed to improve my free throw shooting, I would just watch and study how he shoots. He does everything correctly, but he doesn't mention that he shoots straight and upwards instead of AT the basket, 'cause a good, straight & high arc is key. the biggest thing (for me anyways) is to relax before i shoot it. The first times I played in league games, my free throws were awful, much worse than in practice, and it's because i was nervous and tense

Always practice free throws when your tired. During a game you will most likely be tired, when you have to shoot them. Good Practice.

Here's some tips:
1)Take a look at the basket while wiping your palms on your pants to keep the sweat off.
2)Think that you're just in practice and there are no one around you.
3)Take a deep breath while relaxing.
4)Concentrate on scoring that FT and you'll make it.
I'm not a good FT shooter during training, but I managed to hit 10/14 from the line in tournaments. (Not impressive, but much better than practice percentages)
