@KingsofKrome "The Son of God Goes Forth to War" by Reginald Heber, 1783-1826) 1. The Son of God goes forth to war A kingly crown to gain. His blood-red banner streams afar; Who follows in His train? Who best can drink His cup of woe, Triumphant over pain, Who patient bears his cross below-- He follows in His train.

I love this theme, it has a very heroic feel to it.

there's a good slower version trumpet solo of this by transsiberian orchestra called "the Lion's Roar"

Beautiful score, I love the movie and the its theme

yeah... nice posting but what are the words to the song???
This really begins at 1:39 with "The Minstrel Boy" which is the central thematic piece at the heart of the soundtrack and film...one of the greatest adventure films of all time. Required viewing for all boys age 6 and above and one of the rare pieces of art that fathers and sons can watch together without one or the other going mad from boredom.
