@Mr46674 - there are many ways to train and that is why people have invented them. They all work and it is a matter of choice. I show lots of ways to train but it is up to the person what they want to do. To say you must do this or that is wrong. You must do what works for you and let others decide for themself. Baz

@BazBlog hey I just turned 15 2 days ago & ive been doing that 1 leg extension at 35 kilos for the last 3 months but only about 2 times a week.... do u think if i did tht 5 times a week it will strengthen & make my thighs bigger? :)

@lazy1355 - You will want to eat right. Go quite heavy and do 8-12 reps per set. I personally would do squats for gaining. They are about the best I think. Have a look at the nutrition video. Baz

@lazy1355 = Try first with this weight and see how you feel. It is a very hard exercise with no weights. Squats is the best but you have to eat right with any exercise if you want results. Eat more if you want to gain and less if you want to lose. Baz

@xiaospirit - You will need to pay special attention to your food. You must train of course but you will need to lose body fat and then you will have muscluar legs that will look good. Baz

@BazBlog so this will make my legs thicker or thinner..???? cause i want to get my legs thicker..
if youve got no access to a squat rack and no gym, then just do bodyweight pistol squats

@Lollertron -- yes that is a good idea. You can always get some weight thought even if it is plastic bags filled with water bottles and a back pack. Bulgarian split squats require quite light weight too. Baz

@xiaospirit - I like to do 6 sets of 8-12 reps two times a week (wed/sat). I do that for most exercises though. Baz
