OMG dude, not to be a troll but, quit smoking, seriously.

You should really buy a tri pod, it would make your unboxing's easier

@tricccple hell no it has nothing to do with the mobo its actually the cpu itself, not all of then can be unlocked to 4...

@a7x5631 unlocking the 4th core in a 720 raises temps a lot. but if its used as amd sells it, a triple core at stock speeds then heatsink works. recommend upgrade to a real one if u want to overclock.
-
Strange since some of the x4's are 95 watts too and they come with the copper heat sink, oh well.
-
yeah its fine with me this cpu is doing a hell of a lot better job handling Win 7 64bit RTM than my athlon x2 5000+
-
yeah some boards didnt update their bios to fix that problem with the 4th core, and thse are the ones u want to get
-
yup i got it a few weeks ago I couldnt unlock the 4th core but right now i dont care i currently have it overclocked to 3.1ghz on stock voltage and temps are good the lowest it idles to is 19c and the highest i seen it reach using a stress test was 31c but i do have after market cooler the xigmatek dark knight cooler, I want to push this cpu farther but im going to hold up because i need to get some type of mosfet cooler first the board is the Biostar TA790gx 128mb+

you made a good choice not listening to that guy. the x2's won't necessarily unlock 1 or even both of the other cores...neither will the x3. it's just a chance. since you cant exactly return cpu's (only exchange them for another of the same) you would of been stuck with a dual core. x3 is just as futureproof as x4, and it overclocks easier.
Why doesn't this one have the copper heat pipes?

@a7x5631 doesn't need one , at stock this chip doesn't get hot
