And why would McCoy not be re-elected? This is Illinois, he could go on to be Secretary of State, even Govenor! Then even go on to retire from Illinois politics and become an inmate.

Maybe he wasnt drunk! Just because he staggered from his vehicle @ 5:11, and then stumbled in front of the squad car @ 5:30, needing assistance from the officer to stand.....

and why did the officer turn the audio recording OFF while he was talking with Tyler? No other reason but a police coverup of a fellow officer blatently disregarding the laws they are supposed to enforce.
