  • AWESOME MOVES!!!... and the music is awesome too!!.. whoever did you get to mix that awesome track for you...;-)

  • @guyfawkes07 Gosh, I wonder!

For everyone else: @guyfawkes07 was my awesome DJ for this piece! Get in touch with him for your mixing!

  • Wow.

I caught one of your vids a year or more back, and boy have you improved. That was an amazing performance. I see a little Felix in you, and caught a Butterfly trademark too. Congrats on the fruits of all your hard work. You earned it. It looked very effortless and graceful.

I noticed you have a lot more muscle tone from the past year. Out of curiosity, would you say that's more from pole training, or more from others like the gym etc?

  • @lmpulse Thanks! I have been working hard to polish everything, and lift into everything too.

Which move do you mean by the butterfly, as the move I call a butterfly isn't in there! ;)

I don't go to the gym or anything. I just do pole, and aerial silks, but I also add specific conditioning for both of these.

  • Great job Robyn. Loved your routine, original elements and transitions and great musicality:) Both inspiring and insightful to watch!

  • @runnergirl365 Thanks! Unusual transitions are my thing!

(and I really appreciate the comments that are more than "nice ass")

  • @graceey82 The pole on the left is spinning, the pole on the right is static.

  • Is the first pole a spinning or static pole?

  • well done!
