When I'm sober, my attacks last like ten min and they consist of a constant rush of adrenaline and anger, when I'm high, they are off and on for 30 min or so and I will bounce between scared shitless and extremely happy and optimistic. Why the difference?

The first time a panic attack happened to me was when I had vertigo like symptoms in which i felt like I was spinning, since I already had higher than average stress levels this created a panic attack when the two symptoms mixed up.
The second time it happened after I was facing depression for a while and also had anxiety as well, It was so bad I thought I was going to lose my mind and become mentally unstable. But nothing really happened during the panic attack and now i am less afraid of them
