In this video, I practice yet another move from my Russian dancing guide. (Look for "Dances of the soldiers"; that video is my inspiration.)
Check out the link below, and you'll know what I mean. Those guys are awesome.

  • @Persitv2 Hehe. It's the floor that I dance on that is unstable. ^^

    What is "cca"?

Aww, that must be cute! A two year-old doing this dance? Cute and awesome! ^^

Thank you! That winter video was difficult and frustrating to make, but I'm still glad I did it. I'm glad you liked it! ^^

If you need more tips, just send me your questions in a PM, and I'll be happy to answer them! =D

    Good luck! =)

  • @CookieClansman yes, maybe not fall but "instability" .... I practise cca 2 days during a week with my small nephew-she is 2 years old and called this dance only "koza" she is better, but her performance looks more as a dancefloor :) great winter video with boots, it will looks also good with western chaps ... I bet ...

  • @Persitv2 Wow! That's one heck of an awesome explanation! O_O

    I don't always fall, though. =P

Have you been practicing lately? If so, how did it go? ^^

Thanks again for the comment. ^^

  • @CookieClansman yes, ordinary nike shoes are absolutly ok,the problem wasn´t in shoes but in weight of my body and angle b/w body and foot, because the central axis of body (in 3d +Y axis) has to be perpendicular to the sole, (heel axis is+X in 3D).The problem starts in the situation, where the heel´s angle deviates from the body axis of dancer, this beginner´s "angle deviations" causes a pain and instability during kozachok dance and the conclusion of dance is the fall...

  • @Persitv2 I usually wear a pair of sneakers when dancing. I haven't tried any fancier moves with my steel plated boots yet, so I don't know how it would work. I suggest stretching first (as I do in my tutorial part 1 video), and wearing sneakers. When you are comfortable enough with this dance, then you can try it with boots.

    Good luck! ^^

  • I have a problem with ankle during practise this dance, I suppose that problem is in shoes, what type of shoes are good for kozachek? I suppose that some army shoes, heavy and strong ...

  • @WildfiretheTiger Roman used letters (latin) from Etrusk /etrusk-latin/ maybe from Kartago people, but also something from Greek alphabet, but Greek alphabet came from Phoenicia and phoician civilization used letters from Kanaan, it is phoenician

-canaan alphabet from Lebanon...roman gods were different as greek, roman gods are etrusk heritage...

  • @AndyMKordo da-it is original folk dance from Ukraine...
