GORDITAS DE LA VILLA

2 Tazas de harina de maíz cacahuazintle
2 Cucharadas de manteca
1 Taza de azúcar o pilloncillo
4 Yemas
1 Pizca de bicarbonato de sodio o tequesquite
Un poco de agua
Papel china de colores
Opcion: 2 cucharadas de crema de cacahuate

Cernir harina con azucar y bicarbonato. Agregar pilloncillo o azucar en media taza de agua (si uso tequesquite o crema de cacahuate, agreguelo con el agua). Caliente hasta que la mezcla se funda. Mezcle el liquido y viertalo sobre la harina. Revuelva hasta que la masa este homogenea. Forme bolitas de 5 cm de diametro y cuecalas en un comal a fuego alto de los dos lados.
