I also have a list of birth and death dates for Anthony Sutters 13 siblings and parents; Mathias Sutter and Albertina Wiengart from Alsace Loraine France/Germany. I'm confused how the Zettlers and the Sutters conect. Who is Lena (Sutter) Zettler?

You may want to google...Sutter-Meyer Farmhouse. Located in University City Missouri, a subdivision just west of St. Louis......built in 1873, it is associated with the Sutter Family who migrated from the Alsace- Loraine area of Germany as far back as 1831.

My mothers maiden name is Sutter. I visited our family there last summer.

I am a relative of yours. My parents were Albert Sutter and Emma Zettler. I have wondered about cousins from Port McNichol and believe you are one of those. I have some of the pics shown but not all. I also have a pic of Matthias in his coffin which would be about 1901. It is the only one I have seen of him and none of Albertina.

@midlandpix My husband is related to Paul Zettler whose daughter Mary Ann married Frank Sutter. We don't have any of the old photos, would it be possible to purchase copies from you ? Paul's brother Henry, was my husbands' grandfather.

Seidle I was shocked and amazed to see this beautiful visual documentary on the sutter/Zettler video. The boy on the left of the first picture is my grandfather Frank.The only history I know of the family is on this video. He married Mary Zettler and had 10 children. Mary[my mother]was second. She married Edwin Seidle[sidle].Thanks ever so much for this tour down memory lane.
