Hiller contends that many coaches dont really understand all of the physical aspects that go into jumping, and his Jump Manual promises to improve your vertical by at least 10 inches or he will double your money back.
Aside from focusing on the physical aspects of vertical explosion, the Jump Manual also teaches athletes about nutritional secrets that can help improve their overall performance (jumping in particular). Since Hiller contends that most coaches dont know how to teach their athletes to focus on the total package, Jump Manual approaches jumping from 9 different variables, combining strength and quickness to produce amazing results.
Pros • Jump Manual asks you to apply principles and practices the background information that Hiller advocates as well as the physical application needed to achieve a monster vertical.
• Jump Manual recognizes that many people fail due to a lack of determination, so Hiller attempts to challenge anyone to stick to his program and see if it works, offering to double your money if you truly try his program and it doesnt work.
• While many programs focus on a variety of training activities, Jump Manual focuses only on improving your vertical over a 12-week period of time using all means necessary to increase your vertical anywhere from 10-25 inches.
• Jump Manual also provides important nutritional advice and explains the 9 variables (including flexibility, balance, form, and more) affect your explosion potential and your ability to jump.
• Your purchase of the Jump Manual provides you with access to The Jumpers Forum where you can share ideas with other athletes as well as one-on-one email coaching and support (although this may be available for a limited number of participants).
Cons • The only negative we could see is that you have to truly dedicate yourself to improving if you want to be successful with the Jump Manual.

@L0SFL Well that will be good. I try to drink a protein shake everyday after I warm up my legs and stretch on off days or after my workout and stretching. But ya that helps a lot. Also be sure to get good sleep, eat good, and HYDRATE.

@L0SFL Before i started i was at like 28" vertical and now im at 40" sometimes 45-48" on a real good days when my legs are fresh. And ya I saw good results in like a week or a little more. The bad thing about using the shoes though is that it takes your legs 3 or 4 days to recover from a good workout in them...

@L0SFL Thats the exact shoes i got. First i started out just doing the workout it has on the laminated paper but then i just started jump roping with them on. Im mean like 1 footed jump ropes and i did around 350 normal ones in a row with the shoes still on. But the workout ATI did give me some results i just decided to jump rope instead.
