3 weeks from MD States and 5 weeks from the American Open, I was blessed to hit 3 squat PRs in the same session. First time wearing the Inzer TRX, and I'm looking forwrad to big things from it. A couple of bench and overhead press PRs too. Great week of training. Let's hope we can keep it up for the home stretch. Soundtrack may be Ice-T's best song ever, and one of my favorites in the gym.   • @idesicratei Yes. Doing a meet on 12/10/11. It will be my first since The Arnold 9 months ago, and the first since I tore the labrum in my shoulder.

  • @idesicratei Squat is up. Bench is down. Deadlift is about the same. I'll gladly take that considering I had to start over on everything with an empty bar a few months ago.

  • holy sh*t dude, your arms are huge :-p me jealous :-p how long in total have you been training? i just started about 6 months ago, never did any kind of weightlifting before that, or any other sport to be honest. right now PR squat 5 rep is 225lbs, bench PR 5 rep is 126.5lbs... i didn't know i'd be doing these so soon :-p deadlift single rep max is 275lbs and i'm still skinny, i think i should eat a lot more but my parents won't let me :( can't wait to move out of the house :-p
