I had to wait until New Vegas until I could stab Paladins with spears.

i currently have over 3000 hours on fallout 3. That just tells how great of a game it is. :D

this song really did make it easier to explore creepy irradiated places at night whilst fending off feral ghouls and super mutants...

Someone recently fucked up my hard drive while falling on my laptop while they were drunk, I had to get a new hard drive, the PC repair place did the best they could.... but I lost ALL my Fallout 3 data. Please spare a moment, I'm still shedding tears. I agree with @MForgottenRealm "truly a great game which has a sentimental value for me" something about this game made it feel like SO MUCH more than just an RPG.... it was an experience that Bethesda have yet to reproduce

I have many memories of hearing this while in the midst of a shootout with a bunch of Super Mutants. Good times!

How much I adore nostalgia, listening to some of these soundtracks from Fallout 3 reminds me of those times I was lost in those Metro tunnels, Scavenging through the remains of humanity while facing Raiders and Mutants and keeping an eye for any bobble-heads I spot. Truly a great game which has a sentimental value for me.
