Does this work for games over 4GB?
Of course, I'm talking about PSP games
I'm trying to compress an ISO game that has over 4gb into a CSO but it wont work :(

my question: i want to compress resistence retribution for psp, if i compress it to a cso then i will not get any problems right? (game size:1.2GB)

im not so sure. it varies from game to game. what you do is you keep the original copy of the game even after you compress it. if you find a problem with the game, then deleted the compressed version and use the uncompressed one. it works most of the time but there are those few troublesome ones

how many % did it go down to? Do this work for other kinds of game iso's like pc games. I just to compress a file to under 4GB, the game is over 6,5GB and put it in a backup harddrive.

im sorry but a cso is a compressed iso. but here is a suggestion. why not decompress back to iso and compress using compression 9. im not guaranteeing it will be a big diff and the game may not work also so i suggest you make a backup copy of the game in case something goes wrong
