Complete PCB Cycle Design to Production

In the PCB layout phase, NexLogic engineers create board files and identify its netlist which is a connections list between different components on a board. This step is followed by library creation for components, whereby engineers review the component datasheets containing mechanical dimensions, footprints, package types, symbols, decals and pad stacks.

Any of you guys ordered any of the cheaper pcb prototypes from china? Sites like pcbcart and myropcb really cheap boards - but are they as good a quality as euro/usa based suppliers?

why is it in these videos they never show the actual pcb being etched or machined i am building a homemade cnc to make pcb's but yet i am curious to how a motherboard is made is it etched why are some of the red that must be the etching solution but what if its milled any thoughts?
