This is the real deal. a fake player that dose not work. It over heated and it died. the internal flash memory is dead. USB flaed to function. some buttons broken in shipping and not made right.. bad manifactor known as building fake false dead mp3 players that dose not work brand new. yes brand new. mp4nation.net dose not have tech support and dose not have RMA support. itrs a Hong Kong fraud not honest rul. there mp4nationn.net have the wost customer support that is the same as Hewlett Packard. None of these people should not be tursted. mp4nation.net do not pay off there consumers.. I show you my player. how it dose not go to the select screen. It dose not have a working flash memory drive. it over heated and it died. I will show you how the USB works

Have you tried registering on their forums and asking for help? Probably the first place I'd turn to if I got a DOA player.

@pikabko1 IF you bought it from MP4nation They offer a 30day swap warranty, if anything goes wrong with the unit, just send it back and they will send a new unit. This is ontop of the normal 1 year warranty that they offer for this device against defects.

Lucky you. You must be one of the chosen few. My personal experience with MP4 Nation has been nothing but a huge headache. I've never been treated worse as a customer by any other retailer. The will absolutely NEVER get another dime of my money. Crooks pure and simple.

Im not from mp4nation... Ive just bought items from them multiple times and they do have a repair option..... If this person does not want to help himself, then its his fault the player wont work
