@XedgeXgirlX 1. I am not sure how every other person eats but I listen to my body and follow along. I love the 80/10/10 information but I don't enjoy consuming more food than my body needs. For men it is different than woman. It also depends on the amount of calories you are expending throughout the day.

U r so inspirational n a big help to newbies! I have some questions if u dont mind:
1 why do u need less cals after eating this way for a few years? Some people tend to theorize differently, so thats why im curious =)
2 How far apart do u space ur meals? How long do u wait to workout after ur smoothie?
3 Do u eat dates? Carob powder? Carrots? Peas?
4 in the 811 book, dr g says to eat salads in the evening, but like u, i have a sweet tooth at nite! Do u kno why he says to eat it in the evening?

@XedgeXgirlX 2. I eat when I feel full and I drink my smoothie and then go for a walk and then run I think it is about 30-1 hour between food and running.

@XedgeXgirlX 3. Very rarely do I eat dates, I dislike the taste of Carob powder, not a big fan of carrots and love fresh peas from the pea pod.

@XedgeXgirlX He advice is that if you need sweets in the evening then you didn't get enough sweet fruits throughout the day. I eat what I love and I love fruit! As long as I am not eating overt fats I can eat a salad with mango, pineapple and tomatoes which I completely love!
