Not all incapacity issues are permanent. Some people may find that they wish to retrain for a different industry that allows for the health issue

LOL I rang the DEA and he never rang back, the receptionist said he couldn't give me the DEA's email address, The previous DEA at another job centre never turned up for the interview nor did the occupational therapist. Shall I go on, I could. They are utterly USELESS. As for permitted work, the second you even attempt it expect your benefits (DLA, long term incapacity) to be reviewed. You may get a shock when they stop them. I reject the damn employment service and their pathetic staff.

It is however a con and a part of social oppression, that ignores the reality, that we are disabled by a system of discrimination that the law is unable to deal with that keeps us in economic subjection and makes scapegoats of us.

You need us, in order to justify your hegemony, and to excuse the fact that given the choice between an equally qualified disabled person and someone otherwise who do you think the employers will chose?
