Love the car but it sounds terrible. Please try not to mess with a perfectly good exhaust system.

I just installed an OBX header and injen intake. There's at least 15% increase in power and I need to weld new bungs and extend the O2s next and snipe of course. I'm really thinking about doing the BEGI turbo one day though

Your car sounds great. Based on the visuals, I noticed you live near Easton, PA. I live in Washington, NJ and recently bought an 06 NC and plan on doing some auto-x and in the process of upgrading several things.

I'm sure I'll see you at the auto-x this year then. I should be at the holbert with philly scca and a few nnj events too.

And I thought my 1.8 NC was loud with the Mazdaspeed muffler and CAI! :P I also got that annoying rattle from the soft top's "storage room" @2500 rpm but now it's gone. What about the drone in low rpms? Can you live with it while cruising on the highway?

I would advise against running this combination on the highway.
