Demolition Man Pinball Machine In Action

I really want to like Demolition Man, every time I get one I think "great, looking forward to playing that again" but then it just starts to annoy me!! It's a good fast game and fun to play, but it's so frustrating as you (or more to the point I) get a lot of straight down the middle balls off the ramps and I hardly ever manage to string a good game together. I think it's probably because I insist on using the handles (I don't find them as accurate but they are too cool not to use!) and occasionally drop to the flipper buttons for multiball, most people I talk to use the standard buttons. It's probably just me but it's not a keeper, the start of Demolition Time is really cool though!

Good video Matt! I was wondering how you like the handles on this pin. Yeah, this pin didn't attract me like the flintstones and the whodunnit pin vids did. Cool looking pin after a so-so movie. Gosh, how many times have we heard that before. Still waiting on your shadow pin. What games are in your collection now?

Hi Larry, I keep thinking I am going to like it but it is never long before it goes, this must be my 6th or so. I like the handles but can't play as well as using the buttons! Current keeper pins are TAFG, MM, CV, IJ, TZ, RFM, W?D, FS, RBION (and a really nice Shadow I am picking up next week). Others that will go at some point are ST25th, DM, FH, and LOTR. @simulbee I would'nt call it boring, it does not have the humor of Medieval madness, but some of the modes capture the humor in the movie, like the acmag. I really like the Super Jackpot tune! Like Last action hero,m this game is not so popular because of the movie and the backglass!!

Another issue that makes this less than top 10 includes the banality of the voice when you get a jackpot. The other pins where you appear to get the machine close to or completely to the big O always seemed much more fun, with a very satisfying jackpot from the O'd girl or a very excited proclamation from your personal coach and confidant. I get the whole robot thing, but come on, it sucks, and the music was equally as boring.

Great pin and a well played game to boot. But I was curious about why you never took any of the Secret Jackpots during Multiballs?

You must have an opto problem, you're not supposed to get that many balls on your first multiball. You do have a credit dot, so perhaps that's the problem.

I love this game. I know people don't like the theme, but that's one of the things I DO like about it, among everything else. Great flow on this game.
