I Finally Unlocked The Spy!

EDIT: I'm not using GameCam anymore, I use Fraps.
After 6 months of trying i've finally unlocked the class that most of the people will want to play: The Spy!!!!!!!!!!!! let's see you guys beat that!!!!!!!
BTW sorry it's without audio, I had to use gamecam.

I'm trying to get/unlock all the classes in campaign mode, but the quest says I have to first unlock the tenth class? What does it mean? Anyway I'm still stuck on Level 2: Episode 2: Part 2: Segment 2
