Miss Universe Malaysia 2012 Gala Night (Part 9) Crowning Moment

Miss Universe Malaysia Organization and became the National Director. The winner of the pageant represents Malaysia at the Miss Universe contest.

The pageant had undergone a 'revamp' in January 2010, launching into online reality shows, garnering much interest from international pageant fans.

Nadine Ann Thomas was the first titleholder and represented Malaysia in Miss Universe in August 2010.

The current Miss Universe Malaysia is Deborah Priya Henry. She is 26 years old, stands at 178cm and was crowned by Miss Malaysia Universe 2010, Nadine Ann Thomas, on January, 27, 2011. She was touted as a heavy favourite from the beginning by the fans due to her great reputation as one of the finalist Top 16 during Miss World 2007 held in Sanya, China.

I rooted for Juanita. But, Kimberly's performance was amazing last nite. By having super great transformation and intensive training under MUMO, i believe, Kimberly may shine at MU2012. She is 18 by d way. So much things ahead. To remaining girls, good luck for yur future undertakings. ;-)

@arshenry I totally agree, we might just stand a chance at the international levels with the malay girls particpating. The chinese girls should give up on taking part (BTW, I am part chinese myself) they just don't stand a chance with chopping board faces and bodies....Maybe they should take the Korean way of seeking plastic surgeons first before contemplating participation.

@jasminehuertas She won't even make the top 15 like Deborah Henry last year. Again, Malaysia has a western name. The MU judges will disqualify her for not be representative of most Malaysians like Deborah Henry. Maybe Malaysia would have a better chance at MU if they did send a Chinese girl.
