you should really do a webcast of this opera with all the interest you've generated in it. seattleOpera seems to have great PR. johnRylea should be great in this in this relatively obscure piece (did see it on the web with jvDamm/brussels/pelly) should be quite endearing with a real donkey and horse. and richardBerstein - was he one of the gravediggers in the HamletHD broadcast? - believe i've seen him in other things as well - excellent performer.
