How is it that a judge can rule on a case involving his own order? Wouldn't he be a bit biased on the validity of an order he is responsible for?

Regardless of whether the sign is a valid order or not, the prohibition and arrest denies and violates the first amendment's freedom of the press clause and the fifth amendment's clause and right of a public trial. So any such order, rule or sign is unconstitutional and therefore void ab initio.(from the start). Sam and his attorney(s) need to sue in federal court for civil rights damages, false arrest and false imprisonment! This judge is another blatantly biased, corrupt and tyrannical one.

You have the right to a trial of your peers a jury of 12 this can not be a just trial,you are being tried here under admirilty law not common law.there is a huge difference between legal and lawful.
