Great video! Drag racing was worth watching back then. Alot of the cars could be built in a backyard garage; there was so much innovation. It is imposssible to do that today.
I spent a lot of weekends at both Motor City Dragway and Detroit Dragway. Did you see Roger Lindamoods Color me Gone Charger in this video? He ran both tracks a lot with Connie Kalitta, Paul Stefansky, Terry Hedrick, and the Ramchargers Car. Good Memories!

I'll have to look closer. I remember the Mickey Thompson Mustang broke the 200 mph barrier.
