@Virtueman1 I agree being emotionally driven isn't the most helpful especially when negative emotions are keeping you from working (procrastinating).

While logic can lead you to the best outcome. Emotion is what drives you there or keeps you stuck. That's why understanding how emotions drive you is so important :-)

I have ADD and it is a real disorder. I don't understand why people cannot see it's a real disorder and not a motivational problem.

It seems I was born with a brain that isn't fit for concentrating on a task for more than a few minutes.

I have to use ADD meds to keep my train of thought and then I can study for like 5 hours.

To be honest, I only have one tip:

Stop whatever it is your doing and just grab the bloody book. Stop wasting time, and just do it. Once you have the book in your hands, you're safe.
