REALLY nice distinction between a "Team" and a "group." No such thing as a 500 person "team," with the test summarized as "With how many people do you interact daily?"

It's a minor niggle, but lots of teams were doing Agile development in 2000...but they didn't know the "Agile" buzzword to call it that.
