" yea...Now that you said it, I notice it too...." Demi looked into Joe's eyes, tried to find out something but all she knew was she loved his eyes so much that she would do anything to look at it everyday and everynight. One thing she knew, she was so close to that weird cat that she couldn't live without it anymore.
" okay, so we're here to ask you to move to California." Miley said, pulled Demi back to reality.
" I knew that your dad treated you badly and I think you really should come with us." Selena added.
Demi looked down and she notice what Joe was trying to do, he tried to face her. She looked into his eyes, that was the only place that she could think. His eyes were so much more than just chocolate brown. They were so hypnotizing, so peaceful, so strange and she found a whole new world in them. She sighed and smiled. She looked up.
" I don't know after all, he's my dad, I can't just leave him here, suffering alone." She said with sadness.
Miley gave Selena a look as if they knew this was gonna happen.
" Okay, " Selena said. " We will leave some money here for your dad, enough to eat in two months and please, atleast come and visit us." Selena held Demi's hand and smiled hopefully.
" Please?" Miley added.
Demi sighed, she looked at Joe who has just gave up lifting his face, now he looked pissed off and licking his toe. " Okay, Chocolate, pack your stuff, we're going to California." She said with a grin.
" Awesome!!!" Miley and Selena said at the same time and hugged her. They all laughed as the door slammed open.
" Ahhhh!!!" They screamed.
" Hey girls, can I hide here for a while?" the voice of an angle came out of a boy's mouth. He looked at Selena and Miley's age. His hair was curly and he had brown eyes, he was breathless.
Joe's mouth hung open, although it was strange for a cat to do it.
" Sure...come on in." Demi said unsurely.
" No way...." Joe thought." No, no, no, no, it can't be him..."
The boy rushed inside the house right after Demi finish her sentence. Miley looked at him dreamily. Selena rolled her eyes at her sister's attitude.
" When they ask just tell them I went some where except this place." The boy said and he ran into the bathroom.
A few seconds later a woman and a man came in, Once again, Joe's mouth hung opened.
" excuse me," the woman asked politely." did you see a boy looked at your age ran in here?"
" Umh...n-" Demi was cut off by Selena.
" Yes, he's right there." She said and pointed at the bathroom.
" What the hell?" The boy came out angrily.
" Langue!" The man seemed to be his dad said.
" Sorry, daddy." The boys said as Miley giggled, he turned to look at her and winked. Miley blushed.
" Thanks for the help, girls, bye." The woman smiled and left with the boy and the man.
" Why did you do that?" Asked Miley, elbowled her.
" Yea...Why?"
" I just feel like it, and it was fun busting him" Selena said with agrin " Hey! look what he's doing!!" She pointed at Joe who was in Demi's arms.
" His mouth hung opened." Miley said, laughed.
" He looked a little stupid..." Selena joined the laughter.
" I think it's a little creepy..." Demi said looked at Joe, but he notice and closed his mouth.
" Go pack, Dems, we're leaving now." Miley said.
Fifteen minutes later, they were at the airport. Miley and Selena and Demi were sitting down, waiting for their flight when Selena elbowled Miley.
" Look, it's curly top." Selena said with a smirk.
" Where?" Miley asked.
Demi was so out of it. She was afraid, This is the first time she's been without Joe for so long. yes, it was about 10 minutes. She sent him to check and they put him in a cage. Miley and Selena didn't notice that, they were talking about the "curly top".
" I think he's moving..." Miley said.
" hope not California." Selena giggled. and she stopped laughing when she notice where the boy was going. " Oh no."
" He's coming here." Miley said and fixed her hair.
