28,000 Peace Keepers were announced in August of 2007 to go into darfur not to fight but to protect the refugees from the on going genocide. Eight months later...they still haven't gone. More and more people die each day. Most people think "Oh the genocide in Darfur, thats sad, but its over now"....Its not over... its only begun
