A series of drills i use when instructing on a synthetic ice surface at Puckmasters in Ottawa Ontario. In this clip, i demonstrate how the drills are carried out and include and brief description of the important components to keep in mind when practicing these drills. For Chris Telford at Puckmasters or any questions regarding the facility please contact: 613-564-PUCK
