No, we are paying for the service of Google. We are paying with out privacy. Believe it or not, Google's main reason for existing it to get you to buy something! They can get you to buy something if they no more about your private information. So, take your pick, buy Microsoft Word and have your own private documents, or create your documents on Google and have the data in them be used to sell you stuff. Either way, somebodies gonna get paid.
