Showing internal hard drive installation. So far I love this unit, just need to figure out how to change the ugly boot screen image and wallpaper.

  • Yo hogcia66, what's that awesome song? I love it.

  • @isaiac165 The song is by a band named "Musicshake" that's all i remember.

  • Yes, you MUST format the hard drive to NTFS before the installation. The divice will not format for you.

  • Hello, i just have a query. I got this with 1TB of internal memory so i want to ask can i take out the 1TB hard disk from it and use it with my pc? I rareely use its internal hdd as most of my data is in an external hdd which i connect everytime using the usb port so the internal hard disk is of no use to me. Please do reply!

  • @flirtyguy10 Yes you can remove the HD and use it as a regular hard drive.

  • HV335T playing pixelation on many mkv files....contacted support...gave them test files, which they say play fine on theirs....tried all firmware they have emailed me...still no joy....They will give me a replacement but no refund on standard shipping costs yet their website clearly states that they should in the terms & conditions...What to do?

I purchased a much cheaper Medion player from Aldi UK and it plays all the mkv files without pixelation.

  • Z - Yes, format first before installing to media player. You have to format your HDD to NTFS if it's larger than 4GB. If it's less then just format to FAT32. Also, get rid of any partitions. I hope this helps.

  • Hi, thanks for the instructional.

Question: I have an external drive that I already hook up to the Argosy via USB. If I remove its enclosure and install it into the Argosy, would that have any effect on the movies/data already stored on the drive?

The drive is already NTFS formatted.

  • Thanks for this video, Really helped, So do i need to format the hard drive once i purchased to FAT or NTFS? or i can just install it as it is, and the mediaplayer will format it? Please advise?
