Train 1. Z-NBYWSP9 11:04am
The hottest train on the entire BNSF slides through Henrietta on NS owned track 3. This track has a 55mph speed limit on it. It was a bummer not catching this guy at the full speed its capable of.

Train 2. Z-WSPKCK9 1:04pm
The weekday van train from Chicago to Kansas City blasts through at 70mph, passing a tank train thats waiting on a fresh crew.

Train 3. 1:33pm
An interesting tank train moves westbound, while behind me the X-DHTEDY train goes east on track 3. It's fun to see trains other than intermodals on this line, and this adm corn product tank train is new to me.

Train 4. 1:47pm
An unknown stack train rolls east towards Long Beach with a solid train of Maersk and related containers.

Train 5. 3:10pm
An unknown freight roars west at track speed.

Train 6. 3:27pm
At Camden, we catch this beastly stack train blasting through the elevated curves at 55mph. NS owned track 3 is on the far right.

  • Thanks to you, I've become a fan of Henrietta, and I keep hoping you'll make it back there. I was wondering, does the Chief do 79 or 90 thru there? I remember when you caught it last year but it didn't look like 90.

Good stuff as always, Tyler...nice to see things moving along out there after all the bad weather

  • @QuickBurn70 Thanks! Henrietta is a great no hassle spot. I'm pretty sure its 79 on 1 and 2 track, and 60 on track 3. We did catch the Chief at 80+ in Carrollton this year, and boy that extra 10mph is darn impressive.

  • Nice catches Tyler

  • @UPDetector thank you good sir

  • On that monster stack, I haven't seen that many 5 set Maxi 3s since the Santa Fe Railroad, let alone almost every well car was a 5 set of wells, If only the train had Warbonnets, then we would be in the 90s

  • I counted 137 wells on the beastly stack train....impressive indeed. Also impressive is the speed at which that heavy ethanol was moving. Great video.

  • Awesome stuff man, as always!

  • @crazyrailfan sweet thanks for the info Nathan!
