@PriestOfTyr in this video the typing he is doing was done separetely and then this was fast forwarded,and then he has added voice to it.This is normally done for most of the tutorial videos,because if you keep talking while you are writing you may miss something.Further to answer what software he is using ,he is using text mate,which is for mac..which has code hinting functionality.
