The notion that EFCA violates a workers rights is about the same thing as arguing that woman's suffrage violates woman's rights. It's such dishonest doublethink, that anyone who actually understands the issues would laugh at either of those arguments.

Big business and the talking heads have some of the working class brainwashed into thinking unions are harmful, Big business has them thinking that they should drive down other workers pay to their level. Wow!! Lets try driving lower wage workers up in pay. Why would anyone say no to better working conditions, benefits and pay? Look up some facts to post, dont just go by hearsay.

Secret ballots are just as easy to tamper with as electronic voting booths are easy to hack.
Businesses have their corporations and the seemingly endless resources and super power that kind of "union" provides. Corporations place profit before people; and workers need unions to prevent the corporate agendas from railroading them into lower and lower wages, deteriorating work environments and fewer and fewer benefits.
