want a good way to loose weight.. become vegan (under docter supervision if you are very overweight or do some research on your own about b12 deficienct and so on, because you need to take these supplements) but becoming vegan will help you loose weight and make you healthier.

@madamoisele1 Yes, something has changed. When I was in middle school, I was teased CONSTANTLY for my weight. its not the bullys that have changed, but US, the fat kids. We stopped taking their shit and they got bored and moved on.

I love the terms fat chicks use like curvy and bbw and large and lovely . What a joke. Another great excuse is the thyroid condition. Go on survivor or check into a concentration camp and it'll be amazing how that condition disappears :)

@Evilotto12 What do you mean i know full well i'm fat i don't delude myself in thinking i'm not but i choose not to dwell on it there is not a damn thing i can do about it right now, it will take time to loose the weight i mean really do you think that a person is not aware of their own body?

I also got teased, mostly in middle school for being fat. I only had one friend. People would talk about me in their group of friends, and made sure I heard them. I was called lard ass and every fat name in the book. Finally, after 12 years of being obese, I am losing all my weight, 55 pounds so far, about 60 pounds left until I'm at my goal weight.

@amcadam26 children don't exactly choose to be fat... children are given an example of what is right and follow it. When they grow up, they can understand that it isn't healthy at all, and they can do something, but by that time, its really difficult (but obviously still possible) So I'm only defending the children. The parents need to realize that the children are suffering.
