  • hey Daz, are you running you Saturn through an SCART connection? I'm thinking of buying a SCART to Component adapter and some SCART cables for as many of the old sysytems as possible.

Svideo & composite just don't look too good on a large LCD screen.

  • @videogameobsession This is a PS2 game mate. There's a port of the saturn version included with it.

  • @RetroGamerDaz but when you are showing off the Saturn version of NiGHTS -- how do you have it connected?

I find the older systems which are connected through RF, composite, and svideo just don't look very good through newer HDTVs. I have been looking into buying an SCART to RGB converter and using that, but I'm not very familiar with SCART quality.

  • @videogameobsession I'm not showing the Saturn version on a Saturn. It's the Saturn version that's been ported to the PS2. There's also a enhanced PS2 version that's also included.

  • Think the reworked Saturn version is not as blocky as the actual Saturn version, is Christmas Nights included?

  • @Retrosofer Christmas nights is included, but it's apparently cut down

  • Do you use swap magic to play this?

  • Wait japan release games have english text as a option?

  • Hi there fello " Nights into dreams " players... I was just wondering if anyone could tell me where to get a 3-in 1 JoyBox usb converter? Anyone?

  • Never saw the appeal to this game did not think it played very well graphics were far too bright as well music was too chirpy for my liking.

  • @RetroGamerDaz

I think the Edea (orby things) look so much shinier and deeper in the PS2 version...they are like glowing sapphires

  • @RetroGamerDaz Ahh. Now it all makes sense.

I read the description "PS2 Vs Saturn Comparison" and just assumed.

Sorry for the confusion. It was late at NiGHT when I was watching this and commenting. :P

  • Theres more cool retro games on PS2 which only came out in Japan... Wii Nights sucked. Saturn version rocks.
