Murder is justified all the time. In times of warfare, in times of self-defense. You have pro-Life politicians who won't make an exception for a woman to get an abortion even when continuing the pregnancy will end her life, that should fall under self-defense (See Ectopic Pregnancies).

The fetus is a dependent on the woman. If the woman does not wish to take part in its development, while detrimental to the fetus, that is her right and the patient shouldn't be forced to take part in it.

No, but banning stealing doesn't end stealing. Think of how it would be if stealing was legal. It shouldn't ever be legal. Murder is even worse. That shouldn't ever be illegal. Abortions will still happen, just like stealing will happen, and other forms of murder will still happen, and vandalism. We need to make it illegal though. It's murder. It's rarely justified. You shouldn't be able to kill your baby because you are inconvenienced. Ideally, it wouldn't be legal to rip apart your children.

About 155,000 people die every day with about 370,000 children being born everyday, but having a higher population shouldn't be viewed negatively.. People are a valuable resource. More people is the reason technology has come to be as advanced as it is, and even more people will find newer ways to cope with the rising population. To say we must protect abortion means we do not value life, and that can have very negative repercussions. It may even lead to the degeneration of human morality.
