Psycho Squad performing composite drill #2. Composite drill #2 is made up of the following drills.

2 minutes inverted leg claps
2 minutes jack-in-the-box push-ups
2 minutes L rows
2 minutes wiggly sticks
2 minutes one-arm push-ups

Psycho Squad composite drills are high tempo interval drills designed to peak the cardio system and strengthen squad members.
