Love it when men talk cutesy to their pets XD
My mouse Penelope does this all the time when her cage gets dirty, she throws the pellets out of the cage that are dirty and eve throws her poo out.

This is actually very normal behavior... not sure how you "trained" her when rats do this naturally. Especially girls as they like to nest.
