See, this is how most teenagers do their make up, on most tutorials everyone says "Go with a natural/neutral look" But, if you were to do that, you would look boring and plain....so we just put on boat loads of eyeliner...and well, my point to all this is, can you make a tutorial for and eyeliner vid like this with only a smaller wing over to the side?
