Sergei Borschow is on of the best systema teacher with a sincere interest in the progress of everyone he's teaching. He is a very kind human being also. This music is not Sergei in that sense.

I LOVE SYSTEMA man i got to tell you this martial art is perfect for someone like who is not interested in becoming a ultimate fighting champion but who wants a simple direct self defense and as far as i am concerned after taking 3 years of go ju ryu karate and still not having a clue about self defense, (yes thats sad) just all the katas or useless krap

that just don't cut it in the real world, good job systema guys keep up the good work with the video clips.

Have you tried your skills against Sergei?? Well I have. I have 24 yrs experience from in and outside the ring from thaiboxing to taekwondo (multiple national medals) and I have never, NEVER experienced anything like that. I couldn´t do jack before I was down and out with Sergei. He got me hooked on Systema, forvever. Recommend you the same.

My oh my! 1)It's my personal opinion concerning the MUSIC, not Sergei's. 2)I like the VIDEO, not the MUSIC, since I think it doesn't fit Sergei's personality. Simple, and I stay for that. I hope this is more clear.

I live in France, near Paris. There is only 2 systema centers in Paris, and only 4 in France. There is only 15 guys and 1 girl learning it in my center. This discipline is bad known everywhere. My instructor is Jerome Kadian, he was validated by Vassiliev and Riabko. He is now a Senior Instructor. Si i have an official learning. I pratice it between 6 and 9 hours by week. Every month, there is a 5 hours seminar in my center.
