I'm 18 and I quite liked this film. It's easy, fun and light hearted!

The acting was good (especially form Abigail Breslin who I usually don't like much) and it is well made!

Here is the ONLY thing I found wrong with it...

Nim had the wrong accent... If she had lived on the Island her whole life with ONLY her dad who is scottish shorley she would have a scottish accent as that is the only influsance of speech she has had....

@eilrahc101 Well here's the answer Joe Nim dad's played by Gerard Butler but here he's not using his scottish accent, however Alex Rover the character of the writer also played Gerard Butler here he uses his scottish accent and that's why alexandra mocks him when he's telling about the ocean and she says No it doesn't feel grrreat.
