@BABAnaif It is simple. Just find optymal sock levels for all the positions and find group reorder point somehow. It is not very simple to teach how to use deviations in lead times and demand and what the optimal service levels are. The idea is to minimize stock, orders and deficits. It is our business to sell "rods for fishing" but not to tell how to do them. We can show (by distant mode of R-admin software) how SIMPLE works .
