  • No offense, but I think you misunderstoof the concept of deadlifts. Your feet should only have a very small bend, this aint a squat. Deadlifts are for training your back and arms/grip,do squats for your legs mate.

  • You're not getting your ass down nearly far enough, legs at 90 degree angles is what you want. And why the HELL are you dropping it when you get to the top? If you're never been all the way down you've never been all the way up.
